Wrapping Up Sakura Season in Hidaka

It was a long one this year, but Sakura season is unfortunately finally coming to an end. The petals are falling, turning rivers and hills pink. The people are leaving, looking forward to next year's Hanami drinking picnics held in all Sakura tree filled parks. As quickly as the beautiful flowers come, they are gone again. A reminder to all Japanese people of how fleeting life is.
